## How returns work

EXODUS wants you to find the right fit without taking on the risk. Because underwear is an intimate product, return eligibility depends on whether you ordered a single pair or a multi-pack.

### Multi-pair orders (the 60 day fit check)

If you are unsure about sizing, order a multi-pack and try on only one pair to check the fit. If the fit is not right, return all pairs within 60 days for a full refund.

- One pair may be worn for fit-checking. All other pairs in the order must remain unworn and unused.
- Clearly identify the worn pair when returning it.
- Keep all unworn items in their original packaging.
- Processing and handling fees may apply.

### Single-pair orders

Single-pair orders that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund. EXODUS recommends a multi-pack if you want to test the fit risk-free.

### What cannot be refunded

- Shipping costs, duties, import taxes, and any exchange or transaction fees
- Return labels are only available for shipments within the US

## How to start a return

Email ben@houseofexodus.co with your order number and the reason for the return. EXODUS confirms eligibility and sends next steps. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

## Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact EXODUS within 14 days of delivery with a photo and the order number. It will be made right at no cost to you.
