Fit & Sizing
The Goshen is fabric in its truest form. Designed to be cared for with a cold, gentle wash and tumble dry low or hang dry. Some shrinkage is normal with 100% cotton products, so we advise sizing up in most cases for additional comfort and to account for it.
Care
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low, or line dry to extend their life. Built with 200 GSM natural cotton, high heat will shrink contents.
Shipping & Returns
Eligible Restock Pairs (Multi-Pair Orders)
If you're unsure about sizing, order a multi-pack and only try on one pair to check the fit. If the fit isn't right, return all pairs within 60 days for a full refund.
- One pair may be worn for fit-checking purposes. All other pairs in the order must remain unworn and unused.
- Clearly identify the worn pair when returning so it's easily recognized. Keep all unworn items in original packaging.
- Processing and handling fees may apply.
Single-Pair Orders
Single-pair orders that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund. We recommend ordering a multi-pack if you want to test the fit risk-free.

What actually makes these "toxin-free"?
Most underwear is built on synthetics and finished with chemical dyes and softeners that sit against your skin all day. Goshen is the opposite by design: GOTS-certified organic cotton, OEKO-TEX certified dyes, zero synthetics, and zero added toxins. It's the same comfort you expect, without the compromise you didn't know you were making.
What's the fabric, and what certifications back it up?
Goshen is cut from 200gsm GOTS-certified organic cotton: substantial, breathable, and tagless so nothing scratches or chafes. Every dye is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it's been independently tested to be free of harmful chemicals. These aren't claims we made up; they're third-party standards you can verify.
How do I know I'm ordering the right size?
Goshen runs true to size, so order the waist you normally wear. For additional comfort, if you're between sizes, or prefer a more relaxed feel, size up; for a closer fit, size down. Check the size guide for reference.
Why does what my underwear is made of matter?
A growing body of research has linked synthetic fabrics, microplastics, and chemical additives to concerns around men's hormonal and reproductive health, which is why at Exodus we're committed to protecting the most sensitive part of the body. What we can promise is clean materials: organic cotton, certified dyes, and nothing added that you'd want to avoid.
How do I care for them, and will they last?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low, or line dry to extend their life. The 200gsm organic cotton is built to stay soft and hold its shape wash after wash, so it won't thin out after a month like other brands. As with any 100% cotton garment, high heat will cause shrinking, so stick to cold wash / low heat to keep your fit true to size.
Should I buy one, or is a multipack worth it?
Think of it as investing in your daily baseline, not just buying underwear. If synthetic fabrics and chemical exposure are a real concern day after day, one pair in rotation with old synthetics doesn't change much. Full rotation does. The 3, 7, and 40 packs exist so you can fully replace what's already in your drawer instead of just adding to it. The more you buy, the lower your price per pair, and the freedom of not having to worry about what's coming in contact with your body, day after day.
