Return Policy

We want you to find the right fit without taking on the risk. Because of the intimate nature of the product, our return eligibility depends on whether you ordered a single pair or a multi-pack. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return.

If your question pertains to an order, please include your order number so we can locate it and assist you.

Eligible Restock Pairs (Multi-Pair Orders)

If you're unsure about sizing, order a multi-pack and only try on one pair to check the fit. If the fit isn't right, return all pairs within 60 days for a full refund.

• One pair may be worn for fit-checking purposes. All other pairs in the order must remain unworn and unused.
• Clearly identify the worn pair when returning so it's easily recognized. Keep all unworn items in original packaging.
• Processing and handling fees may apply.

Single-Pair Orders

Single-pair orders that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund. We recommend ordering a multi-pack if you want to test the fit risk-free.

What We Can't Refund

• Shipping costs, duties, import taxes, and any exchange/transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Return labels are only available for shipments within the US.
• Nobody wants your worn undies...

How to Start a Return

Email ben@houseofexodus.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
